Who do you work with?

We primarily work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, life transitions, women's mental health, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, relationship challenges, self-esteem and personal growth, and adjustment to life changes. If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, we'd be happy to discuss your needs during a consultation.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

All therapy services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to attend sessions from anywhere within the state where your clinician is licensed to practice.

Is therapy right for me?

Many people seek therapy not because something is "wrong," but because they want support navigating life's challenges, improving relationships, reducing stress, processing difficult experiences, or investing in their overall well-being. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Seeking help is a meaningful step toward living with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple: complete the new client inquiry form, receive information about scheduling and required paperwork, complete your intake documents through our secure client portal, attend your initial assessment, and begin your personalized treatment plan.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine whether PHCG is the right fit for your needs and to answer any questions you may have before scheduling your first appointment.

Question 7

How long are therapy sessions?

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 50–55 minutes. Longer sessions may be available when clinically appropriate or requested.

How often will I attend therapy?

Treatment recommendations vary based on your individual goals and clinical needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to biweekly or monthly appointments as progress is made.

What are your therapy rates?

Our current self-pay rates are: Individual Therapy at $175 per session, and Couples Therapy at $265 per session. Fees are subject to change. Current rates will always be discussed before services begin.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

Insurance participation varies by clinician and service. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may choose to pay privately. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual benefits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) when applicable. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee as outlined in our practice policies.

What if I'm running late?

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect appointments reserved for other clients. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All services are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA. There are limited legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as situations involving imminent safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, or court-ordered disclosure. These exceptions will be reviewed with you during the informed consent process.

Yes. PHCG uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform designed to protect your privacy and personal health information.

Do you provide clinical supervision?

Yes. PowerHaus Clinical Group offers clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians seeking licensure. Supervision focuses on clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, professional identity, documentation, and evidence-based practice. Availability may be limited.

Question 17

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

If you are paying for services without using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under the federal No Surprises Act. Additional information will be provided before treatment begins.
